The AI2S2 Symposium is designed to facilitate knowledge transfer on Artificial Intelligence between industry, science, and society. The 3rd edition was organized by the university of Geneva and held and the Campus Biotech from 11 to 15 of September 2023. With the participation of the Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator Foundation (GESDA) as a co-convenor, SiDlab was represented at AI2S2 with the organization of a session on the 15 of September dedicated to AI and computational diplomacy to discuss the challenges linked to the emergence of the space of computational diplomacy.

SiDlab organized a session on AI and computational diplomacy to discuss the scientific and policy-making challenges linked to the emergence of the space of computational diplomacy. SiDlab was represented by speakers form UNIGE (Prof. Didier Wernli, Prof. Roland Bouffanais, and Dr. Jean-Luc Falcone) and ETHZ (Dr. Philine Widmer). Ms. Maricela Munoz, Director of Strategic Partnerships at GESDA and Ambassador André Xuereb, Malta’s Ambassador for Digital Affairs discussed greatly contributed to the discussion as well.
